Frond acknowledges that it is based in Tkaronto, the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples. Tkaronto and the surrounding area is still home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. By acknowledging the past, present, and future Indigenous persons living on this land, we aim to aid in the continued effort of decolonization across this land known as Canada.

Frond acknowledges the work of the many regional and national organizations working in support of urban and remote Indigenous communities in Canada; the Native Youth Sexual Health Network provides resources, advocacy, and education for Indigenous communities, including Two-Spirit and LGBTTIQ youth outreach.
